Abate Irwin, Inc. personnel are some of the best trained in the industry. Along with possessing the training mandated by OSHA (fall protection, steel erection, rigging, etc.), most A-I employees have completed 10-hours of OSHA construction safety training. All A-I employees in supervisory roles such as Foremen and General Foremen have completed 30-hours of OSHA construction training as well as the previously mentioned 10-hour course.
Abate Irwin, Inc. can provide in-house training covering virtually all aspects of our work activities allowing us to respond to our clients needs efficiently and safely. This includes but is not limited to:
- Confined Space Training
- Lead/Heavy Metal Training
- Hexavalent Chromium Training
- Air Monitoring/Air Sampling
- Forklift/Manlift Training
Abate Irwin, Inc. employees are also encouraged to participate in training classes conducted by their local unions through the Journeyman upgrade and Apprenticeship programs.
